The durable PVC surface and medical grade plastic liner with wide sealing edges prevent leaks. A new type of gel composite beads that can absorb hot and cold temperature evenly, then slowly release stable soothing temperature over a period of time, it can provide heat and cold therapy, remedial, relief pain and treatment. Place cold packs in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes, or microwave within 12 seconds to reach desired temperature. They are hand washable with soap and water. 2.76" L x 2.76" W
